Alice studied Fine Art at Newcastle University, studying painting under Michael Brick and printmaking with Chris Jones. After graduating, Alice joined Bobby Gill's studio in Notting Hill, where she has been working from the life model for nearly 15 years. She has exhibited in Newcastle and variously in London. Her work is held in collections worldwide.

She continues to draw on her understanding of colour and texture in her interior design career. Having worked as a design tutor at KLC School of Design, running amongst other things the freehand drawing course, Alice set up her interior design studio, ACM interiors (visit>>>).
